We use only high-quality gazebos for our party tents. They are fully waterproof, with sealed seams and UV protection, making them suitable for year-round use. Designed to withstand rain, they provide reliable shelter in all weather conditions.

Our gazebos are built to withstand winds of up to 30mph. On the day, we will assess the wind conditions to ensure safe setup and use.

We typically set up the party tents on the day of your event. If we have a busy schedule, we may set up the day before to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll have the tent overnight, and we’ll arrange collection for the following day at a time that works best for you.

We fully charge the LED furniture before arrival and will show you how to operate it once everything is set up. The furniture stays illuminated for approximately 6 hours.

Yes, this is possible. However, you’ll need to add our solid flooring to protect the equipment and provide a better look and feel for your guests. Please ensure the grass is cut short and free from any dog mess.

Yes, during the colder months we provide heaters to keep the party tents warm for your guests. We use a combination of infrared and fan heaters, depending on the size of the tent.
